Finbar Group Limited has completed the Aurora project in Applecross, with $80.4 million in sales from 77 apartments already secured, and the remaining unsold stock expected to be sold over the next year. Settlements for the pre-sold lots are set to begin in mid-November. Aurora is part of a larger three-stage development in the Canning Bridge precinct, with the final stage anticipated for pre-sale in 2025.
