Financial Street Proposes New Director Appointment

Financial Street Property Co. Limited Class H (HK:1502) has released an update.

Financial Street Property Co., Limited has announced the resignation of non-executive Director and Audit Committee member Ms. Zhao Lu due to changes in her work arrangements, effective upon the election of her successor. The company has nominated Mr. Guo Mingming, an experienced professional from a major shareholder entity, as her replacement, subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming EGM. Mr. Guo’s appointment includes membership in the Audit Committee but will not entail remuneration for his service.
