Financial Street Property Unanimously Appoints New Director

In a unanimous decision during the Extraordinary General Meeting held on October 10, 2024, Financial Street Property Co., Limited successfully appointed Mr. Guo Mingming as a non-executive Director. All attending shareholders voted in favor of the resolution, with Mr. Guo also joining the Audit Committee effective immediately. The meeting, including the vote on Mr. Guo’s appointment, complied with all relevant laws, regulations, and company bylaws.
