Financial Street Property Co., Limited has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.173 per share for the year ended 31 December 2023, to be paid in HKD at a rate of 0.19019 per share on 05 August 2024. Shareholders of the company should note the ex-dividend date is set for 18 June 2024 with a record date of 24 June 2024. Additionally, a 10% withholding tax will apply for non-resident enterprise shareholders and individual shareholders, with certain tax treaty exceptions.
