Filtronic plc, known for its aerospace, defence, space, and telecoms infrastructure products, has issued 113,880 new Ordinary Shares due to an exercise of options under the Company’s Sharesave Plan. These shares are set to begin trading on the AIM market on 4th July 2024, and will be on equal footing with the existing shares, bringing the total issued shares to 218,506,005.
