David and Monique Newlands have notified Filtronic PLC of a change in their shareholding, crossing a threshold on May 13, 2024, that has altered their total voting rights in the company to 12.977%. This change is due to an acquisition or disposal of voting rights and financial instruments, resulting in them now holding 28,176,905 voting rights within the UK-based issuer.
