Filtronic PLC, a company operating in aerospace, defence, space, and telecoms infrastructure, has announced the issuance of 358,915 new Ordinary Shares following the exercise of options under its Sharesave Plan, with CFO Michael Tyerman’s stake increasing to 0.3% of total share capital. These newly issued shares are expected to begin trading on AIM on 27 June 2024 and will be on par with existing shares, bringing the total issued share capital to 218,392,125 Ordinary Shares.
