Filtronic (GB:FTC) has released an update.
Filtronic plc, known for its design and manufacturing services in aerospace, defence, space and telecoms infrastructure, has announced the issuance of 93,372 new ordinary shares resulting from an options exercise under its Sharesave Plan. These shares are slated for trading on the AIM market from the 8th of August 2024 and will be on equal footing with the existing ordinary shares, bringing the total issued shares to 218,599,377.
