Filtronic PLC, a key player in aerospace, defence, space, and telecoms infrastructure, has announced the issuance of 104,543 new Ordinary Shares due to options exercised under the company’s ESOP scheme. These shares are set to begin trading on the AIM market on October 11, 2024, and will be on equal footing with the existing shares. This issuance brings the total number of Ordinary Shares in the company to 218,981,585, with none held in treasury.
