Filtronic plc, a key player in aerospace, defence, space and telecoms infrastructure, has announced the issuance of 912,125 new ordinary shares following the exercise of options under the Company’s Sharesave Plan. The new shares are set to begin trading on AIM on 10 June 2024, aligning equally with the existing shares. Post-admission, Filtronic’s total issued share count will reach 218,033,210 without any held in treasury.
