Filtronic plc has secured a pivotal strategic partnership with SpaceX, entailing the supply of E-band Solid State Power Amplifiers (SSPA) for the Starlink satellite constellation, with an initial order valued at $19.7 million. The deal includes issuing warrants to SpaceX, allowing them to acquire up to 10% of Filtronic’s share capital, contingent on order milestones.
