Filtronic CFO’s Spouse Rearranges Share Holdings

Filtronic (GB:FTC) has released an update.

Filtronic PLC, a company specializing in aerospace, defence, space, and telecoms infrastructure, has announced that the CFO’s wife, Mrs. Tyerman, has shifted 5,500 ordinary shares into her ISA at a price of 64 pence per share. This internal transaction occurred on the London Stock Exchange and did not affect the CFO’s beneficial interest in the company, which remains at 0.3% of the total issued share capital.
