Filo Mining Corp. recently announced the results of their Annual General Meeting, where a substantial 67.82% of eligible shareholders participated in the voting process. Shareholders re-elected eight directors, with Joyce Ngo receiving the highest approval at 99.7%, and also unanimously reappointed PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP as the company auditor.
