Filo Mining has successfully completed a significant private placement, raising C$115 million through the issuance of over 3.4 million shares at C$33 each. The proceeds will be allocated to the exploration of Filo del Sol project and for general corporate purposes. Major stakeholders BHP and Lundin Mining have increased their holdings, now owning 7.1% and 1.7% of the company respectively.
