Filo Corp. has announced a significant acquisition move where Lundin Mining and BHP Investments Canada Inc. will purchase all outstanding common shares of Filo Corp. not already owned by them. Euroclear shareholders have a designated period from December 16, 2024, to January 7, 2025, to choose their form of consideration for this transaction.
