Fiji Kava Limited (AU:CCO) has released an update.
Fiji Kava Limited has reported a notable change in the interests of director Zane Yoshida, who acquired an additional 1,169,403 fully paid ordinary shares (FPOS) and 584,701 options. The transactions were associated with a rights offer and were conducted at a valuation of $0.004 per FPOS, with no value assigned per option. Following the change, Yoshida now holds a direct interest in over 3.5 million FPOS and 318,750 options, as well as indirect interests through Yoshida Holdings Pte Ltd and UMI7 Investments.
