Fiji Kava Limited has announced a significant change in Director Zane Yoshida’s holdings, with an acquisition of 20,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares (FPOS), in accordance with the company’s employee share plan. Yoshida now holds a total of 23,508,209 direct FPOS and retains 318,750 options, with no disposals reported in this transaction which was valued at nil consideration.
