FIH Mobile Limited has announced significant leadership changes, with Mr. CHIH Yu Yang transitioning from acting chairman to permanent chairman and relinquishing his role as CEO, effective 1 July 2024. Mr. LIN Chia-Yi, also known as Charles LIN, will take over as the new CEO. These changes are part of the company’s efforts to enhance corporate governance and comply with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations.
