FIH Mobile Announces Board Restructuring

FIH Mobile (HK:2038) has released an update.

FIH Mobile Limited has announced changes to its Board of Directors effective from 1 July 2024, including the listings of executive, non-executive, and independent non-executive directors and their committee memberships. The company’s executive leadership includes CHIH Yu Yang as Chairman and LIN Chia-Yi as CEO. Four main Board committees have also been outlined, with LAU Siu Ki and CHEN Shu Chuan holding multiple committee chairmanships and memberships.
