FIH Group plc, the AIM quoted international services group, has announced the posting of its annual report for the year ended 31 March 2024 and its upcoming AGM scheduled for 27 September 2024. Shareholders have been informed of a provisional dividend timetable with key dates: an ex-dividend date of 26 September, a record date of 27 September, and a payment date of 30 October, including a final dividend of 5.5 pence per share and a special dividend of 10 pence per share. Additionally, the company provides a Dividend Reinvestment Plan for shareholders wishing to reinvest their dividends into purchasing additional company shares.
