Figtree Holdings Limited has announced that its 85%-owned subsidiary, Figtree Construction (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd, has received a judgment from the People’s Republic of China Court regarding a financial dispute with a subcontractor. The court has ordered Figtree Jiangsu to pay RMB 700,000 for outstanding amounts, interest, and a portion of legal fees, but these payments are not expected to have a material financial impact on the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
