Figtree Holdings Ltd.’s associated company, Vibrant Pucheng Logistics, has been ordered by a Chinese court to repay RMB 29.6 million to Zhejiang Province Asset Management, following the assignment of debts. The judgment includes principal, interest, and compensation for breach of contract, secured against a property valued at RMB 407.4 million. Vibrant Pucheng plans to appeal parts of the decision, but the financial impact on Figtree Holdings is expected to be minimal.
