Fiducian Group Ltd has issued an apology for the late filing of the Appendix 3Z concerning Mr. Bucknell’s resignation as a director in October 2023. Despite this oversight, they have affirmed their continued compliance with the ASX Listing Rules. The corrective Appendix 3Z has now been submitted to fulfill the regulatory requirements.
