An update from Fidelity Solana Fund ( (FSOL) ) is now available.

FD Funds Management LLC, sponsor of Fidelity Solana Fund, announced that effective February 2, 2026, Heather Bonner resigned as Treasurer and Principal Financial and Accounting Officer, with no disagreements cited regarding the Sponsor’s or the Fund’s operations, and that Craig S. Brown, a Fidelity Investments vice president and experienced assistant treasurer for Fidelity entities, would assume the Treasurer and Principal Financial and Accounting Officer roles on the same date. The Trust also outlined a policy to make at least quarterly cash distributions of net income from its Solana staking activities, potentially requiring sales of staking rewards or SOL and thereby affecting the Trust’s SOL exposure and share valuation, with an initial distribution planned around February 17, 2026; the announcement emphasized that distributions are not guaranteed, are subject to operational, protocol, market, and tax uncertainties, and are being structured to align with IRS guidance on digital asset staking by grantor trusts, leaving shareholders to bear associated risk and consult tax advisors.
