Fidelity Minerals Corp. is launching a private placement offering to raise C$100,200 for exploration activities, selling flow-through units priced at C$0.06 each. Each unit includes a flow-through share and a warrant exercisable at C$0.09. Additionally, the company has adopted a new share option plan, allowing future stock option grants under a 20% fixed share option framework.
