Fidelity Japan Trust PLC has announced the repurchase of 10,134 of its own shares on October 10, 2024, at an average price of 163.260 GBp per share. This buyback has resulted in a total of 18,725,304 shares held in Treasury, with the overall issued share capital now standing at 136,161,695. Post-transaction, the total voting rights in the company amount to 117,436,391, excluding shares held in Treasury, which have no voting rights.
