Fidelity Japan Trust PLC has recently announced a repurchase of 10,000 of its own shares, at prices ranging between 163.500 and 164.000 GBp per share. This buyback took place on October 2, 2024, and has resulted in a total of 18,653,870 shares held in treasury, with the overall issued share capital being 136,161,695 and total voting rights standing at 117,507,825. Shareholders are advised that these figures will be relevant for any notifications they may need to make under the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
