Ferrovial has partnered with Interogo Holding to form a joint venture, Umbrella Roads BV, to manage its stakes in highway and parking concessions across Europe and Canada. The venture involves transferring economic rights to several assets, including highways in Ireland, Scotland, and Canada, as well as parking lots in Spain. This strategic move is valued at 100 million euros and sets the stage for potential future collaborations between the companies.
