Ferrovial Announces Treasury Shares Cancellation

Ferrovial (ES:FER) has released an update.

Ferrovial has announced the cancellation of 13,245,104 treasury shares, following the completion of their repurchase program and adherence to the terms set by the General Shareholders’ Meeting. This action will result in a reduction of the company’s issued share capital by 132,451.04 euros, with the cancellation procedures to commence after complying with the obligatory two-month waiting period and necessary formalities.
