Ferretti strengthens governance and sets pay for new CEO

Ferretti S.p.A. ( (IT:YACHT) ) just unveiled an announcement.

Ferretti S.p.A. has designated independent non-executive director Patrick Sun as its lead independent non-executive director, a role aimed at enhancing communication among independent directors, the wider board and minority shareholders. The move aligns the company with updated corporate governance codes in Hong Kong and on Euronext Milan, and is intended to strengthen board effectiveness and governance diversity.

The board has also set the remuneration package for newly appointed chief executive officer Stassi Anastassov, approving a three-year term with a rising fixed annual salary alongside his director’s fee.
