Ferretti S.p.A. has announced the appointment of Mr. Jiang Kui as the new Non-Executive Chairman of the Board, following the resignation of Mr. Tan Xuguang due to his age. The Board has confirmed Mr. Kui’s eligibility and good standing, and he has chosen to forgo the director’s emoluments. These changes come alongside the reshuffling of the company’s internal board committees.
