Ferretti S.p.A., a company incorporated in Italy, has announced a change in its joint company secretary position. Ms. Zhang Xiaomei will replace Mr. Hao Qinggui as the joint company secretary, effective October 31, 2025, while Ms. Wong Hoi Ting will continue in her role. Despite not having the professional qualifications typically required for the position, Ms. Zhang’s extensive experience in legal and corporate compliance, particularly with Hong Kong-listed companies, has led to the company obtaining a waiver from strict compliance with certain listing rules, affirming her suitability for the role.
