Ferretti S.p.A. has announced changes in its Board of Directors, with the co-optation of Jin Zhao following the resignation of Jiang Kui due to age. Jin Zhao, a non-executive and non-independent director, will serve until the next Shareholders’ Meeting. Additionally, Hao Qinggui has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board, succeeding Jiang Kui, and will hold the position until the end of 2025. These changes are expected to maintain the company’s strategic direction and governance stability.
