Ferretti S.p.A. ( (IT:YACHT) ) has shared an update.
Ferretti S.p.A. has disclosed that Azúr A.S., acting as KKCG Maritime, and investor Bader Nasser Al-Kharafi signed an acknowledgement deed on 22 April 2026 confirming Al-Kharafi’s inclusion in KKCG Maritime’s slate for the renewal of Ferretti’s board of directors. Both parties intend to vote in favour of this KKCG Board Slate at the shareholders’ meeting scheduled for 14 May 2026, where the new board will be appointed.
The company stressed that the deed is purely an acknowledgement of voting intentions, does not constitute a shareholders’ agreement under Italian securities law and does not encumber any of the parties’ shares. KKCG Maritime holds 23.2336% and Al-Kharafi 5.0003% of Ferretti’s issued share capital, and the disclosure aims to enhance transparency for Ferretti, its shareholders and the broader market regarding evolving governance dynamics and significant shareholder alignment.
