Ferretti S.p.A. has announced that Azúr A.S., acting as KKCG Maritime, and investor Bader Nasser Al-Kharafi have signed an acknowledgement deed formalizing their agreement to include Al-Kharafi on KKCG Maritime’s slate of candidates for the upcoming board renewal. Both parties intend to vote in favor of this KKCG Board Slate at Ferretti’s shareholders’ meeting scheduled for 14 May 2026, though the deed does not impose any binding arrangements on their shareholdings or voting rights.
The company emphasized that the deed is disclosed solely for transparency under Italian market regulations and does not constitute a shareholders’ agreement under the applicable financial laws. By publishing the document through Italian and Hong Kong disclosure channels, Ferretti aims to ensure equal information access for investors and signal stability and coordination around its board composition ahead of the vote.
