Ferrari N.V. has reported progress on its multi-year share buyback program, with a total investment of Euro 95.35 million for 236,400 shares on the Euronext Milan and USD 15.1 million for 31,837 shares on the NYSE since the last tranche began. Overall, since July 2022, Ferrari has repurchased 3,609,799 of its own shares, amounting to a total of Euro 1.03 billion. As of mid-September 2024, Ferrari holds 5.62% of its total issued share capital in treasury.
