FendX Technologies Inc., a Canadian nanotech firm, has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $2.025 million in aggregate gross proceeds. The funding will support the scaling up of their REPELWRAP™ film and further development of their innovative spray technology, aimed at reducing the spread of pathogens on surfaces. Investors are advised that these securities are subject to a four-month hold period and are not registered under the U.S. Securities Act.
