Felix Gold Director Increases Shareholdings

Felix Gold Ltd. (AU:FXG) has released an update.

Felix Gold Ltd. has announced a change in the holdings of director Joseph Peter Webb, who has acquired 166,667 ordinary shares at $.045 each, increasing his stake to 444,445 ordinary shares. The transaction was part of the company’s Directors’ Share Plan, which received shareholder approval in November 2023. No changes were reported in director’s interests in contracts or in the number of unlisted options held by Webb.
