Feiyu Technology’s unit Xiamen Feiyu has signed a game business cooperation framework agreement with Tencent Computer, covering the period from 2 April 2026 to 31 December 2028. The deal sets a framework for collaboration in game development, operations, payment services and advertising, with detailed terms to be defined in subsequent agreements.
Because Tencent indirectly holds about 14.97% of Feiyu’s issued share capital, the arrangement is classified as a continuing connected transaction under Hong Kong’s listing rules, triggering reporting, announcement, annual review and independent shareholders’ approval requirements. Feiyu has formed an independent board committee, appointed Rainbow Capital as independent financial adviser and plans to issue a circular by 31 May 2026 ahead of an extraordinary general meeting to seek approval for the agreement and its annual caps.
