Feishang Anthracite Unveils Board and Committee Members

Feishang Anthracite Resources (HK:1738) has released an update.

Feishang Anthracite Resources Limited has announced the composition of its Board of Directors, which includes five executive directors, led by Chairman Mr. WANG Xinhua, and three independent non-executive directors. The company also detailed the membership of its four Board committees, which oversee audit, environmental, social and governance (ESG), remuneration, and nomination, with specific members assigned as chairmen and members to each committee.
