FDM Group (Holdings) plc has announced a directorate change following its recent Annual General Meeting. Peter Whiting has retired as the Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee after serving over nine years. Jacqueline de Rojas and Rowena Murray have been appointed to fill the resulting vacancies as Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, respectively.
