FDB Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Ng Chung Chi as an independent non-executive director, effective December 11, 2024. With over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, Ms. Ng will also join the Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination Committees, bringing valuable expertise to the company’s board.
