Mr. Chan Yuk Sang has stepped down as an independent non-executive Director to focus on personal endeavors, with no reported disagreements with the Board. Concurrently, Mr. Siu Wilson Wai Lum, with over 15 years of experience in real estate, has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director.
