FD Technologies has issued 20,817 new ordinary shares to its current and former Non-Executive Directors as part of their compensation packages, with shares priced at £12.41 each. The shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM and Euronext Growth on July 5, 2024. This issuance will bring the company’s total issued share capital to 28,195,641 ordinary shares.
