(FCC) successfully held its Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting, where they approved the annual accounts, management report, and consolidated non-financial statement for fiscal year 2023. They also agreed to allocate the year’s profits to offset prior losses and re-elected Ms. Esther Alcocer Koplowitz as Proprietary Director.
