FCC Shareholders Approve 2023 Financial Statements

Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas (ES:FCC) has released an update.

Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas, S.A. (FCC) successfully held its Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting, where they approved the annual accounts, management report, and consolidated non-financial statement for fiscal year 2023. They also agreed to allocate the year’s profits to offset prior losses and re-elected Ms. Esther Alcocer Koplowitz as Proprietary Director.
