Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas (FCC) has announced the appointment of Ms. Esther Alcocer Koplowitz as the new Chairwoman of the Board of Directors. Additionally, Ms. Koplowitz and Mr. Juan Rodríguez Torres have been named members of the Executive Committee and the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, with Mr. Torres also joining the Audit and Control Committee.
