Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas (FCC) has announced a flexible dividend distribution of €283.47 million, equivalent to €0.65 per share, which will be executed through a capital increase. Shareholders have the option to receive new shares or sell their allocation rights back to FCC at €0.65 each. The capital increase will result in a maximum of 18,961,170 new shares, with the entire process expected to be completed by July 31, 2024.
