Fatfish Group Ltd. is set to acquire up to a 50% stake in AI Gaming Co Pte Ltd (AIGC), a Singapore-based AI gaming startup innovator concentrating on creating personalized and immersive gaming experiences. AIGC has already launched Tatarot, an AI-powered tarot reading app, and is developing The Waifu Maker, an AI-generated virtual girlfriend experience. FFG’s investment of up to SG$2.5M aims to leverage its incubation expertise to drive AIGC’s growth and enhance profitability through strategic synergies.
