Farringdon Capital Acquires Stake in Secure Trust Bank

Secure Trust Bank PLC has notified that Farringdon Capital Management, based in Amsterdam, has crossed a threshold of voting rights on 9th October 2024, now possessing 3.3% of the bank’s voting rights. The major holdings notification indicates an acquisition or disposal of these rights by the investment manager, which is wholly owned by Bram Cornelisse.
