Faron Pharmaceuticals Oy is seeking to raise approximately EUR 30.7 million through a new retail offer of ordinary shares on the REX platform, specifically targeting UK retail investors. The offering is set to include a significant discount on the share price and is conditional upon the successful completion of other public and institutional offerings.
